2025 VASA Membership Application Instructions

Welcome! To apply, enter your name and email. If you were a member in the past five years, your info may pre-fill—edit as needed. Most fields are required. 

​

Upload a photo of your current DMV ATV registration. The name on this application must match the registered owner (either name if jointly registered). 

​

Select a Primary VASA Club to join. You may also support additional clubs separately via separate links to Club-Only or a Donation can be made as you check out by paying at the end of the form.

Membership Fees 

• $85 for the first machine registered in Vermont 

• $130 for the first machine registered outside Vermont 

• $20 discount for each additional machine

​

After submission, you'll receive a 10-Day Pass via email. Once your application is reviewed and accepted, we will email your permanent document called the 2025 Final Trail Pass and we will mail your Trail Access Decals/Stickers (attach to front and back of your vehicle).
